TOMATO OMLETTE

Ingredients:

1. tomato - 8
2. besan / gram flour - 1 tbsp
3. 1 -1 1/2 cup wheat flour
4. 1-2 tbsp rice flour
5. 1 green chilly - chopped
6. 1tbsp chopped corriander
7. 1 tsp pepper powder
8. salt 2 taste
9. 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
10. 1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida
11. 1/2 tsp haldi / turmeric powder
12. a pinch amchur powder - (optional)
Method:


1. boil the tomatoes for 5-10 min, remove the skin , grind to a puree.
2.pour the puree in a bowl & add the above said ingredients.
3. Add water to the batter to bring it to a spreadable consistency(round 1/4 - 1/2cup) and
mix well.
4. make same as dosa.( small in size)
(if it sticks to the pan , add little more rice flour to the batter.)
5. transfer to a plate & serve hot
or
6. take 2 bread slices & slightly toast it .
7. keep the tomato omlette inbetween the slices & serve with ketchup .
