PANAM KALKANDU PAAL / MILK


PANAM KALKANDU (crystallised palm sugar)  IS VERY GOOD FOR COUGH.
IT IS AVILABLE IN BIG PIECES AND IN GRANULES( powder)
INSTEAD OF ADDING SUGAR TO KASAYAM U CAN ADD THIS KALKANDU.

Panam kalkandu paal/ milk  I had in one hotel . The sweet was mild and very tasty.


NEEDED
1 cup milk
powdered kanam kalkandu - 1 r 2 tsp

Boil the milk and add the powder .cook for few more minutes,  mix well.
Add serve hot.

NOTE
filter the milk and serve , if u find any impurities in kalkandu.
Can add a pinch of pepper powder to the milk also.
