VALAIPOO CURRY




   


NEEDED
Valaipuu / plantain flower - discard the center stem. Chopped
grated coconut - little
turmeric powder
salt
hing
little jaggery
1 tsp oil, mustard ,1 red chilly

METHOD

  • Add turmeric powder to the valaipuu and pressure cook adding water as required.
  • Take a wok temper mustard,  red chilly and add the cooked valaipuu.
  • Add salt , hing  and little jaggery.
  • At last add the coconut,  fry for 2 minutes and remove.
